Eddah is the Managing Partner at the Firm and has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial and legal profession. She has previously served as a Company Secretary for various local and multinational companies in addition to working as part of Tax and Audit Team with leading accounting firms in Africa.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Nairobi and Masters in Corporate Law from University of South Africa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Company Secretary (CPS). She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and East Africa Law Society (EALS).

Eddah’s areas of practice include corporate and commercial practice, drafting and review of complex commercial contracts, company secretary and registrar services, transaction advisory in real estate and infrastructure projects, governance risk and compliance, conveyancing and real estate management, banking and finance, legal audit and private clients’ consultancy.

In addition to being a really good Corporate Lawyer, Accountant, Tax and Audit Expert and Company Secretary, Eddah is an entrepreneur and enjoys her time off from work engaged in farming and spending quality time with her family. Her hobbies include reading financial and inspirational materials, cooking and watching movies.
